Textbook: Vector Calculus (6th Edition), by Jerrold E. Marsden and Anthony Tromba, on reserve in the math library. An older edition will also work, as I won't be using the book to assign homework problems. We will cover most of the material in the book: the geometry of Euclidean space in all dimensions, differentiation of functions of several real variables, higher-order derivatives, maxima and minima, vector-valued functions and their derivatives, double and triple integrals, change of variables, integrals over curves and surfaces, and the integral theorems of vector analysis. Later on, we will use Donu Arapura's online notes on differential forms.
