- Staff Position - Executive Assistant to the Department head - The Executive Assistant to the Department Head provides a wide range of administrative support to the Department Head and to the Department of Mathematics in general, with the goal of maximizing the effectiveness of department operational processes and communications. The Executive Assistant facilitates faculty hiring, drafts and edits documents, plans events, schedules meetings, coordinates special projects, and is the main point of contact for internal and external communications. The Executive Assistant works closely with and supervises six staff members.
