Celebration of Outstanding Students

The Mathematics Department recognized outstanding mathematics students at its annual awards ceremony on April 26 in the Math Library lounge.

Undergraduates received math awards and were recognized for participation in the Putnam Exam and Problem of the Week problem solving competitions. Scholarship recipients for 2012-13 were announced. Graduate award winners and fellowship and scholarship recipients for next year were announced as well.
