Final score

- Your final score is going to be calculated by the following scheme:

Scheme I = (1/3)FE + (1/6)ME1+ (1/6)ME2+ (1/6)ME3 + (1/8)HW + (1/24)Q

where FE, MEi, HW, Q are the scores (in %) for Final Exam, Midterm i, Homework, Quiz

- If you scored above the average on each of the Midterm Exams, that is

if ME1 >= 86%, ME2 >=68%, ME3 >=86%

then you will be allowed not to take final and in that case your score will be calculated by the scheme

Scheme II = (1/4)ME1 + (1/4)ME2 + (1/4)ME3 + (3/16)HW + (1/16)Q

Note: If you qualify and decide to opt out from taking the final exam, please let me know (by emailing) before the exam day.
