Exam information will be posted on this page.
There will be two midterm exams (50 min, in class) and a comprehensive final exam (2 hrs, covering all material). The exact times and place will be specified due course.
Final Exam
Time and Place: Wed, Dec 13, 7:00pm-9:00pm, in STEW 183, PHYS 114, PHYS 203
- Comprehensive, covering all Lessons 1–35 [BDP, §§ 1.1–1.3, 2.1–2.7, 3.1–3.8, 4.1–4.3, 6.1–6.6, 7.1–7.6, 7.8–7.9]
- Closed book/ closed notes exam. No calculators or other electronic devices are allowed. The Laplace transform table will be provided.
- Multiple-choice exam.
- We will have two reviews: on Wed, Dec 6 and Fri, Dec 8, in class.
Midterm Exam 2
Time and Place: Wed, Nov 15, in class (11:30am–12:20pm in REC 122).
- Covering Lessons 17–29 [BDP, §§ 3.5–3.8, 4.1–4.3, 6.1–6.6]
- Closed book/ closed notes exam. No calculators or other electronic devices are allowed. The Laplace transform table will be provided.
- Multiple-choice exam.
- We will have a review on Mon, Nov 13, in class.
