There will be two midterm exams and a final, most likely in take-home format. The exact information will be posted here at least two weeks in advance.

Final Exam

  • Take-home exam: You can use your textbook, lecture notes, or other resources. However, you are not permitted to discuss the exam problems with anyone including your classmates or other students, or to seek external help.
  • Covers Chap 1–5, 6(partially) in [Stein-Shakarchi]
  • The exam will be posted in Gradescope on Mon, May 2, at 12:01am
  • We will have a review/discussion session on Mon, May 2, 7:00-7:50pm in REC 122
  • Deadline: 11:59pm on Thur, May 5 (to be submitted in Gradescope)

Midterm Exam 2

  • Take-home exam: You can use your textbook, lecture notes, or other resources. However, you are not permitted to discuss the exam problems with anyone including your classmates or other students, or to seek external help.
  • Covers Chap 4–5 in [Stein-Shakarchi]
  • The exam will be posted in Gradescope on Mon, Apr 18, at 12:01am
  • We will have a review/discussion session on Wed, Apr 20, in class.
  • Deadline: 11:59pm on Thur, Apr 21 (to be submitted in Gradescope)
