I have had to change my WebEx office hour
meeting times to accommodate students who
are in far away time zones. The new times
are

Tuesdays 1:30-2:30 pm
Wednesdays 10:30-11:30 am and 8:30-9:30 pm

and by appointment. Go to

https://purdue.webex.com/join/bell

at the appointed hour to meet me. I like
to see your face, if you don't mind, so we
get to know each other better.

Piazza is working well. You can be anonymous
there, if you like, but please don't make your
posts "Private." The point of Piazza is for
students to collaborate, with help from me, to
answer typical questions once and for all for
everybody. With over 130 students, I'd be
repeating myself a lot if I answered questions
only by private email.

Only use the Private feature for things that
are truly private. Email is good for things
like that too.

Sorry for the hassles getting technology to
work last week. Let me know if you are still
having issues.

I am very excited to see him and hear what he
