Students will master the topics we cover in Stein and Sharkarchi well enough to understand why the methods work and to be able to apply them to real problems. Students will appreciate the beauty and power of the tools of analysis studied in this course and will see that they are broadly applicable to many areas of Science, Math, and Engineering.
