Bañuelos Selected to Serve on NRC Board



Rodrigo Bañuelos, Professor of Mathematics, has been appointed to the National Research Council's Board on Mathematical Sciences. The 15 Board members represent the wide range of the mathematical sciences. Established in November 1984, the Board oversees activities in the mathematical sciences at the NRC and reports to the NRC's Commission on Physical Sciences, Mathematics, and Applications. The Board's mission is to support and promote the quality and health of the mathematical sciences and their benefits to the nation.
